Onboarding Instructions:

Register yourself and your pet(s) on our “Client Portal”. Please be as detailed as possible as we use an app on our phones to access details that you want us to know.

Once you are Registered, you can Schedule a Consultation & Behavior Assessment: Cost is $37 for weekdays or $47 for weekends and evenings.

Use the Client Portal to Request Services for any upcoming Pet Sits, Dog Walks or Overnight Stays. We recommend you book early as we do fill up quickly. Once we receive your booking request, we will email you a confirmation and a quote. We require a 50% Deposit to hold your spot. We do offer credit for cancelations (Please see our Client Policies for more details).

a. What is the Consultation & Behavior Assessment?

The Consultation is to assess the Pet’s behavior and environment to ensure compatibility between the Pet Sitter and your Pet(s), to identify any signs of aggression or fear-based behaviors and to thoroughly assess each situation to ensure the safety of the Pet(s) as well as the Pet Sitter. During the Consultation, if both parties feel comfortable, then the Client can go over the pet & home routine with details about feedings, medications, play and sleep time, etc. The Pet Sitter may take notes during this time. The Client should have a key or code ready for the Pet Sitter in the case both parties agree to move forward.

b. Why we do not offer a free meet and greet?

We have been doing business in Spokane since 2017 and have a built a wonderful reputation with 100’s of online 5-Star Reviews. We are fully insured, trained, licensed and bonded. We are A+ Accredited BBB Member, NAPPS & PSI Members. Our reputation goes before us. Because we are in such high demand, we do not offer free meet & greets.
