Client Portal & Getting Started
Onboarding Instructions:
Register through our Client Portal. Please provide detailed information about every pet we will be caring for. Our pet sitters use an app on their phones to access the pet and home-care instructions you provide.
Schedule a Consultation & Animal Behavior Analysis. We look forward to meeting you and your pets! The consultation fee is $39 on weekdays or $49 on evenings and weekends. Please pay the fee before your scheduled consultation so we can confirm your appointment and move forward with your booking request. If we haven’t received payment beforehand, we may need to cancel the consultation and related booking request.
New-Client Welcome Offer. Once your first booking of $150 or more is completed and paid in full, we’ll credit your consultation fee to your client account. You may use that credit toward your second or any later booking of $150 or more. The credit cannot be applied to your first booking or redeemed for cash.
Request Pet-Sitting Visits or Dog Walks. Use the Client Portal to request upcoming pet-sitting visits, dog walks, overnight stays, extended daytime visits or refresher consultations. Please request care for each day your pets need it; we’re unable to leave gaps during a booking period. This helps us care for your pets consistently and keep a dependable schedule for your sitter. We recommend booking early because our schedule can fill quickly. After receiving your request, we will email you a confirmation and quote. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your service dates. Credit may be available for timely cancellations. Please review the Terms and Conditions in the Client Portal when you book for complete details. We’ll also give you a copy in your Client Folder at your consultation.
What Is the Consultation & Animal Behavior Analysis?
The consultation allows us to assess your pet’s behavior and home environment, identify any signs of fear or aggression, and make sure the pet and pet sitter are a safe and compatible match.
During the consultation, you can review your pet’s routines and care instructions with the sitter, including feeding, medications, playtime, sleeping arrangements and home-care needs. The pet sitter may take notes to help provide consistent, personalized care.
Please have two working keys—or one working key and a permanent entry code—ready at the consultation. One key will be stored in a secure lockbox at our office for emergency use only. When two keys are provided, the second key will be securely retained by your assigned pet sitter for scheduled visits. When one key and a permanent entry code are provided, the sitter will use the code for routine access.
Why Is There a Fee for the Consultation & Animal Behavior Analysis?
The consultation is an important professional appointment that allows us to meet you and your pets, evaluate their behavior and home environment, review their routines and care requirements, and ensure a safe and compatible match with the pet sitter.

As part of our New-Client Welcome Offer, once your first pet-sitting or dog-walking booking of $150 or more is completed and paid in full, we will add a credit equal to the consultation fee you paid to your client account.
