Scott has been with Spokane’s Best Pet Sitter since it opened for business in 2017. He has served as our back-up emergency pet sitter and has lots of experience with farm and larger animals as well as a true love of all animals.
In 2023, Scott retired from Avista Utilities as their Senior Network Engineer. He enjoys his retirement living in the Ponderosa area on a mini one acre ranchette with his two large rescue dogs, Tinson and Billy and his two rescue cats, KiWi and Cowboy. He has two grown sons – one living in the Seattle area and one in Coeur’d Alene, Idaho.
Scott has a lifetime of experience with animals, both big and small. Scott grew up on an apple orchard/horse ranch in Brewster, Washington. He spent most of his time outside. He and his sister had all kinds of animals from horses to birds, dogs and cats and even tamed skunks. As a child, Scott was a member of 4H and showed horses.
We are happy to have Scott on board as our “emergency back-up” Pet Sitter. He is great with dogs, cats, livestock and horses.
